Commercial Cleaner Monday- Friday 3-4 hours per night

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Cleaner, working evening shifts for 3 to 4 hours a night from Monday to Friday in Ashtabula. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas during evening hours
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers
• Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure facilities are well-equipped
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by disinfecting surfaces and waste removal
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as window cleaning, dusting, and light custodial maintenance
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of large areas or specialized equipment
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred; custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing floors effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening shifts
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for the duration of the shift
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled evening shifts
